That is not a barndominium! It is a collection of boex in a metal building. Anyone who roughs infloor plumbing prior to sale has dropped the price. Unless the apartment plan is used (which has none of the ambiance a barndo should have), they will have to cut the slab to accomodate a decent plan. That weakens the thin slab and leaves unsightly patches should the floor be stained. Where are the windows for an outside view. Apartments on the 30th floor downtown have more view. That house is worth $275K - 300K at the most, assuming the land value supports it.
