About the Barndominium Plan

This simple 2,417 square foot, two-story barndominium boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, with the main suite and a guest located on the first floor.
A corner wrap-around covered porch welcomes you home, the great room, dining and kitchen are open and located below a large loft on the second floor.
A 20′ two-story open living area is shared by the great room, an l-shaped corner kitchen with 4′-6″ x 6′-6″ island, and a corner dining room/breakfast nook with glass slider leading to the covered porch. Warm the area with the wood-burning fireplace.
Down the hall to the rear you’ll find the laundry room, a full bath, a storage locker drop-zone, the master suite, and a guest bedroom. A single door at the end of the hall leads to the garage.
The master suite is on the main level with a 5 piece ensuite bath with large walk in closet.
Up the stairs a large loft over looks the great room below, and provides a flexible living space that could be used as a lounge, game room, or even setup with a home office/homework station.
