Barndominium House Plan Sales Manager

We are searching for a barndominium house plan sales manager for the Barndominium Life team. We have a lot of inbound requests for home designs and are looking for someone who can be the primary point of contact with potential customers. We provide our customers with help during the entire build process – we help the consumer find a house plan, barndominium kit, builder, lender, insurance, permits, and more. Leads come in through BarndominiumLife.com and also through our e-commerce website BarndominiumPlans.com

We are looking to start by providing an integrated offering of both house plans and shipping of the actual metal building. While we do not plan on having manufacturing capabilities, we are looking for a self-starter who already has relationships in the metal building industry and can help establish us as a dealer of various manufacturer’s metal buildings for barndominiums.

Additionally, we have a successful house plan design business, and are looking for someone who can be the primary point of contact for this business. We already have three designers on staff who do a great job – we need someone who can take requests for plan modifications and communicate those changes to our design team and manage those designers.

In your day-to-day, you’ll be on the phone and/or Google Meet calls with customers and with our design team. Experience using a B2C CRM such as Hubspot is required.
